Inspired by my personal experience with axial spondylarthritis and chronic pain, the focus is on practical tools to manage symptoms, increase resilience, and rebuild trust in the body.
Using breathwork, nervous system regulation, and contrast, we work gently and safely to reduce stress, improve adaptability, and build inner strength.
