Celebrate the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year - with a transformative evening designed to ground and reconnect you with the body and mind, in a healing evening in nature.

 

As the sun reaches its highest point before slowly beginning its descent, we gather for a special intimate evening. Through the combined practices of Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, and Breathwork, this workshop invites you to pause, recalibrate, and align with the energy of the season.

 

Movement, breath, and ancient wisdom come together to create a space where you can release accumulated tension, reconnect with your inner vitality, and open space for clarity and inspiration.

The Experience

 

The evening unfolds as a guided energetic journey, moving through three complementary practices that activate, balance, and restore the body.

 

We begin by awakening creative life force and inner vitality through Kundalini Yoga. From there, we transition into an Ayurvedic practice designed to cool and balance the body’s internal fire during the height of summer. Finally, the experience closes with a circular breathing session that allows the nervous system to settle into deep relaxation and integration.

 

Together, these practices create a natural progression: awakening the body, balancing the system, and finishing in a state of calm and restoration.

Kundalini Yoga - Facilitated by Lluisa Fabregas

 

This session focuses on awakening the inner sun - the radiant energy that fuels creativity, confidence, and aligned action.

 

The Summer Solstice has long been celebrated as a time of fertility, abundance, and possibility. Through a grounding Kundalini kriya, we reconnect with this expansive energy, allowing space for new ideas, directions, and opportunities to emerge naturally.

 

Rather than pushing or striving, the practice invites a different approach: becoming magnetic. Through rhythmic movement, breath, and meditation, we create space in the nervous system and subtle body for clarity, inspiration, and expansion.

 

The practice combines:

• intentional movement

• breathwork to regulate and energize the nervous system

• mantra chanting to strengthen your magnetic field

• meditation for integration and inner clarity

An Ayurvedic Practice for Summer Harmony - Balance Your Fire - Facilitated by Simona Minino

 

The summer solstice marks the sun’s peak energy and, in Ayurveda, the rise of Pitta — the fire element governing digestion, intensity, and transformation.

Balanced Pitta brings clarity, vitality, and strong digestion. Excess Pitta can lead to irritability, overheating, inflammation, or burnout.

 

This two-hour session blends a 45-minute cooling yoga practice with practical Ayurvedic guidance to release internal heat, calm the nervous system, and cultivate ease.

 

We will explore how summer influences digestion, mood, and energy levels, while sharing simple lifestyle and dietary adjustments to maintain balance during the warmer months.

Participants will also enjoy cooling herbal infusions and light Ayurvedic snacks, experiencing these principles firsthand.

 

TO CLOSE WITH

 

Circular Breathing for Deep Relaxation - Facilitated by Oscar

The evening concludes with a guided circular breathing session designed to bring the body into a state of deep relaxation.

 

This practice helps release accumulated tension, quiet the mind, and gently settle the nervous system. As the solstice evening comes to an end, the breath becomes a way to integrate the experience and return to a state of calm presence.

 

Participants often leave this final session feeling grounded, clear, and deeply relaxed, ready for restorative sleep and renewed energy for the days ahead.
